The main purpose of rubber bump stops and rubber buffers is to serve as a cushion, protecting your machinery against impact shocks from external moving components. In addition, conical buffers can be used for both primary and secondary suspension of industrial vehicles and equipment.

Rubber buffers are a crucial component in vibration prevention. Their low-cost and easy installation makes them a must for absorbing shock and vibration. Commonly found in automotive, industrial, and construction applications, they provide cushioning between parts, minimizing wear and tear. Durable and flexible, rubber buffers enhance equipment longevity and ensure smoother, quieter operations.

MB Flat Buffers

Male Flat Buffers provide a low cost solution for absorbing Shock and Vibration. They are easy to install, and typically used to reduce the force of an impact from a secondary object. Alternatively they can be used as an elastic element, where the rubber remains in direct contact with a surface. They are manufactured from 1st Grade Natural Rubber which can accommodate high deformation and high stresses. On request, they are also available in High Damped Rubber.

Our Male Buffers are also available with various configurations of additional sizes and metals available on request. The Male Buffers are typically used when it can be easily secured with a thread nut or threaded female fixing. They can additionally be used as machinery feet.

FB Flat Buffers

Female Flat Buffers offer an economical solution for absorbing shock and vibration. Easy to install, they are commonly used to lessen the impact force from secondary objects. Alternatively, they can function as an elastic element, with the rubber staying in direct contact with a surface. Made from high-quality, first-grade natural rubber, they can withstand significant deformation and high stress. High-damping rubber options are also available upon request.

The Female Buffers are typically used when the fixing length is not easily defined and the use of a socket screw allows ease of installation.

MCB Conical Buffers

Conical Buffers are ideal for absorbing shock. They provide high levels of deformation under impact force, and a progressive stiffness rate to accommodate varying shock forces, thus giving excellent levels of absorption and protection of machinery and fabrications.

Conical rubber buffers are ideal for cushioning shock loads and providing overload protection such as within suspension systems. The conical buffer applications are varied which include vibratory conveyor systems and door stops.

PB Plate Buffers

Plate buffers provide a Heavy Duty solution for absorbing high levels of shock and impact forces. The large rubber section allows for high levels of deformation, ensuring that the impact energy is dissipated effectively.

The plate rubber buffers with mild steel flange and pre-drilled bolt holes mean they are extremely versatile. A variety of sizes are available for the plate buffer stops, also available with aluminium metals.
