CENTER BONDED MOUNTS
Centre Bonded Mountings are versatile, high-performance solutions used across a wide range of machinery to reduce vibration, limit noise, and absorb shock. Their robust rubber-to-metal bonded construction ensures reliable, long-lasting performance in even the most demanding operating environments.
Our two-piece mountings are manufactured from premium rubber compounds and engineered to deliver high-performance vibration reduction in all directions — providing consistent isolation across the full spectrum of dynamic loads. Our T Bushes combine exceptional build quality with extended service life and minimal maintenance requirements, offering superior protection for industrial equipment compared to conventional alternatives.
With their broad application compatibility and high-quality construction, Centre Bonded Mountings represent a reliable and cost-effective isolation solution for a wide variety of industries.
CGM Armoured Plate
Armoured Plate Mountings are engineered to introduce controlled flexibility within an installation, effectively reducing stress on brackets and fabricated structures. They are typically installed in pairs on opposing sides of a bracket, enabling vibration isolation in both the positive and negative directions — making them well-suited to applications where bidirectional load management is required.
An integral wear plate is incorporated into the mounting design, preventing premature failure caused by frictional wear between the rubber element and the mounting bracket — significantly extending service life and reducing maintenance requirements.
For correct installation, it is recommended that a shouldered or plain shank bolt is used to ensure the mounting is not overcompressed during assembly, preserving the integrity and performance of the rubber element over its full service life.
